The respiratory symptoms of Legionella infection are usually pneumonia with symptoms of systemic toxemia. For patients with severe condition, peripheral circulatory failure and respiratory failure will occur. Early chest X-ray showed a single lobe patchy shadow, then lung consolidation appears, and the lesions quickly develop to multiple lung segments, there may be signs of lung abscess formation or a small amount of pleural effusion.
