The kit can be used for clinical auxiliary diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis (AS). Ankylosing spondylitis is a kind of chronic progressive inflammatory disease which mainly invades the spine and affects sacroiliac joint and peripheral joint in different degrees. Studies have shown that AS has obvious familial aggregation and is closely related to HLA-B27. More than 70 subtypes of HLA-B27 have been found and identified in human beings. The most common subtypes related to diseases are HLA-B 27*02, HLA-B 27*04, and HLA-B 27*05 [1-10].
The shelf life of this kit is 12 months when stored in freezer at –(20±5)℃.
1. The limit detection of the kit is 1ng•µL-1 genomic DNA.
2. Coincidence rate of enterprise references: Coincidence rate of 10 negative references is 10/10 of 8 positive references is 8/8.
3. Precision: The coefficient of variation of Ct values of precision references is not higher than 5% within-batch and not higher than 10% inter-batch.
Rapid Detection: Nucleic Acid extraction 20 min+ amplification 60 min.
High Specificity: Non cross-reactivity with other subtypes of HLA gene
Easy Operation: Compared to flow cytometry, PCR test not required viable lymphoid.
