1 | Take out the collector and preservation solution. | |
2 | Relax your cheeks, spit into the saliva collector, up to 2mL marker, make sure the amount do not include bubbles. | |
3 | Add the preservation solution prefilled in tube. | |
4 | Remove the saliva collector and screw the cap. | |
5 | Invert tube for about 10 times to mix.
