SARS-CoV-2 IgM-IgG-IgA Combined Antibody Rapid Test Kit is a qualitative membrane-based immunoassay for the detection of IgG, IgM and IgA antibodies to SARS-CoV-2 in whole blood, serum or plasma specimen. This test consists of three components, an IgG component, an IgM component and an IgA component. In the IgG component, anti-human IgG is coated in IgG test line region. During testing, the specimen reacts with SARS-CoV-2 antigen-coated particles in the test cassette.

1. The A Rapid IgM-IgG-IgA Combined Antibody Test Kit for SARS-Cov-2 (ICA) has been tested for anti-influenza A virus, anti-influenza B virus, anti-RSV, anti-Adenovirus, HBsAg, anti-Syphilis, anti-H. pylori, anti-HIV and anti-HCV positive specimens. The results showed no cross-reactivity.
2. The following compounds have been tested using the A Rapid IgM-IgG-IgA Combined Antibody Test Kit for SARS-Cov-2 (ICA) and no interference was observed: 0.5 g/L Triglyceride, 0.2 mg/L Ascorbic Acid, 10 g/L Hemoglobin, 0.6 g/L Bilirubin and 6mmol/L Total cholesterol.
3. The sensitivity of IgG is 97.96% (95% CI:92.86%-99.44%), sensitivity of IgM is 97.98% (95%CI: 92.93%-99.43%), sensitivity of IgA is 97.12% (95%CI: 91.86%-99.01%), total sensitivity of IgG, IgM and IgA is 93.69% (95% CI:87.55%-96.91%). The specificity of IgG is 91.59% (95% CI:84.78%-95.51%), specificity of IgM is 92.45% (95%CI: 85.81%-96.13%), specificity of IgA is 96.04% (95%CI: 90.26%-98.45%), total specificity of IgG, IgM and IgA is 98.94% (95% CI:94.22%-99.81%).
